1) WHAT IS THE EXPIRATION DATE OF SEA GRAPES?

 Expiration dates: 
1 year if stored in a fridge.

6 months if stored at room temperature.

Expiration dates on the package: dd/mm/year

2) CAN WE STORE THE SEA GRAPES IN THE FREEZER?

No. 

3) ARE THE SEA GRAPES FRESH?

Our sea grapes are dehydrated. Once it is soak in a cold water its freshness, original texture and size will go back. 

4) HOW TO PREPARE THE SEA GRAPES?

Soak the sea grapes using COLD WATER for about 5-6 minutes undisturbed. You may need to add ICE on the soaking water so it will give you the best texture. During soaking, the sea grapes will start to bloom. Taste fist before rinsing. Rinse to adjust the saltiness according to taste. Do not over rinse as it will take out the natural flavor of the sea grapes.

Note that  ALL ORDERS are being paid an "OVERNIGHT DELIVERY" anywhere in New Zealand - rural area included. However, please expect some delays.

6) WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO POST MY ORDER?

We will post your order a day after we receive your order confirmation.
If you order during weekend, we will post it on Monday. 
For bank transfer payment - we will post it once the bank payment has been cleared to our bank account.

7) WHERE CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

An automatic message will be sent to your email or SMS once we have allocated your tracking number.
